Fall Update Shows Increase in ECPs and Other Medical Professionals

The fall update of dental, vision, medical, and behavioral health provider networks was completed in November. The number of eye care providers participating in networks increased 8% over the spring dataset. New Exhibit Added to Popular NetMinder Report Connects
Choice and Accessibility Using Employee Census

Miami, November 14, 2016 – The Ignition Group announced a significant enhancement to NetMinder, its industry-leading provider network comparison tool, at the National Association of Dental Plans annual CONVERGE meeting: NetMinder now includes an exhibit that evaluates the relative strength of selected provider networks in specified ZIP codes and the radius around them.

network_summary_sample.jpgThe Network Strength Assessment measures the total providers in the selected geography, the average number of providers near employees, and the percentage of employees that have the desired access.

“Network strength is more than meeting a minimum level of access. Employers and employees want choice and convenience in their benefit plans. This new exhibit helps our clients demonstrate both dimensions of network strength when they compare their networks to their competition,” said Aaron Groffman, president of The Ignition Group. “The Network Strength Assessment is part of our commitment to helping our customers make their networks stand out.”

The Network Strength Assessment is available to all NetMinder users as part of the Network Summary report, the most popular one of the standard suite of reports for medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health networks. An API is also available to incorporate NetMinder data into your application. For more information, email info@netminder.com.
